A worker for the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company was killed Thursday following an accident on the tracks in Gloucester.

ATLAS TOWNSHIP (WJRT) - (06/22/06)--A Genesee County Road Commission worker was killed when an SUV hit him in the middle of the road Thursday morning.

Johannesburg, South Africa, 06/22 - An explosion Wednesday at the GoldFields Beatrix Mine in the Free State left one mine worker killed and six others wounded, South Africa`s trade union Solidarity has disclosed.
