The City of Vancouver continued talks with all three of its striking unions yesterday as 800 workers in the District of North Vancouver prepared to vote on a tentative deal that could see them back at work as early as Tuesday. Negotiations in Vancouver are being held under a media blackout at an undisclosed location. See Bargaining Blog.
